Driver Safety Workshop

Learn how to:

Safely and responsibly handle a driving emergency (tire blow out, brake failure, off-road recovery, emergency braking and lateral evasive maneuvers)
Understand the protocol in the event of a vehicle breakdown or accident.
Recognize danger and react prior to a potential driving emergency
React when stopped/pulled over by a police officer
How to check tire pressure and add air
Safely use the GPS System

We will also cover the following topics:

Distracted driving
Phone use
Driving while emotional
Fatigue management
Responsibility of driving (speeding, wearing seat belts and other risky behaviors
What items should be kept in your car
Review warning lights

The Driver Safety Workshop is held on both weekdays and weekends and can be scheduled in advance.
